MISTER OYSTER’S ONE NIGHT STAND
Mister Oyster’s One Night Stand is our compact setup and our best recommendation for smaller groups of up to 40 people. Perfect for in-home dinners and medium sized parties alike, the One Night Stand gives us all we need to bring the raw bar to any small NYC space. The compact footprint (3×3) gives you an intimate shucking experience that is entertaining, educational and delicious. Oysters can be handed directly to guests as hors d’oeuvres, or plated for dinner parties.
OYSTER EXPERT RAW BAR
The Oyster Expert Raw Bar is our version of the classic raw bar station, and our preferred setup for medium to large parties of 40 or more. Greet your guests with a raw bar station full of freshly shucked oysters, and Mister Oyster’s signature quality. We prepare a beautiful raw bar display for your guests and refresh it over the course of your event, making sure everyone can get their fill.
ROVING EXPERT
The Roving Expert is our most mobile setup, and our best choice for parties with multiple spaces. Custom belts hold buckets of oysters that we carry around your event, as we mingle and shuck to order. Oyster shucking meets entertainment as we walk freely around the party, talking to your guests about how awesome oysters are, while opening them with finesse.
